2009 White Glove Award - Farnsworth House B&B

 Congratulations to Vivian and Bob Rodriguez, owners of the historic Farnsworth House B&B located in beautiful Mount Dora Fl. For the second straight year in a row the Superior Small Lodging Association has awarded the Farnsworth House the White Glove Award. The award is based on industry criteria "including quality of bath and bed linens as well as cleanliness of every room". This is no small task considering the Farnsworth House was amoung just 80 locations from amoung thousands of B&B's, hotels, motels, inns and other accommodations across the state of Florida - and the only one in Lake County Florida - to win a 2009 White Glove Award.

Larry and Denise Pierce of Pierce Realty in Mount Dora, Florida assisted Vivian and Bob in locating and purchasing this charming B&B. "They fell in love with it the moment they saw it and have really transformed it into a premier lodging establishment" according to Denise Pierce, Broker, Pierce Realty. "Pride of ownership is very evident".
